Century Caravans – Australia

1. General Policy

Century Caravans is committed to supplying high-quality caravans and recreational vehicles.

Due to the nature of caravan purchases, all sales are subject to the terms below and comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

This return policy applies to all caravan and RV purchases within Australia.

2. Change of Mind

As caravans are high-value and often custom-prepared products:

We do not accept returns for change of mind after delivery or collection.

Deposits are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed, production commenced, or stock allocated.

Any order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to management approval.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We accept return, repair, or replacement if the caravan:

Has a manufacturing defect.

Is faulty or not of acceptable quality.

Does not match agreed specifications.

Is damaged prior to customer collection or delivery.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Century Caravans will:

Repair the defect, or

Replace defective components, or

Provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

We do not accept returns for issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

4. Inspection Upon Collection or Delivery

Customers must inspect the caravan at the time of pickup or delivery.

Any visible damage, missing items, or concerns must be reported within:48 hours of collection or delivery.

Please contact us with photos and details via email.

Failure to notify within this period may affect immediate claim processing.

5. Warranty & Repairs

All caravans supplied by Century Caravans include a manufacturer’s warranty covering structural and major component defects.

Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Improper use or maintenance.

Damage caused by accidents or overloadingUnauthorized repairs or modifications.

Warranty repairs must be carried out by Century Caravans or an approved repairer.

6. Return & Claim Process

If a fault is identified:

Contact our team with the invoice or order number.

Provide a description and photos of the issue.

Our service team will assess the claim.

Repair or service instructions will be provided.

Caravans must not be returned without prior written approval.

7. Refunds

Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval

8. Exchanges

Where appropriate, defective components may be replaced or exchanged.

Full caravan replacement is only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
